★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 彰化車站售票處及月台上皆有便利超商（ok及全家），值得讚許，若能像日本車站提供輕食（麵包、小麵店之類），應該也很棒。車站本身整修中無可評論。
 There are convenience supermarkets (ok and the whole family) at the ticket office and the platform of Changhua Station. It is commendable. If you can provide light food (bread, small noodle shop, etc.) like the Japanese station, it should be great. There is no comment in the renovation of the station itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入口處服務人員對於班次月台很專業，告知地點都會親切回覆，真的好多遊客問她，重複的問題，哪個月台去哪邊搭乘，她都一樣態度親切，真的覺得很有耐心很棒。
The service staff at the entrance was very professional about the shift platform, and they would kindly respond to the information. Many tourists asked her, repeated questions, which platform was used for which side, and she was always kind and really felt very patient and great. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 補車票車長給到重複座位很傻眼就算，客服真的很爛，能幫忙聯絡車長卻還跟乘客說自己一節一節去車廂找，這態度真的讓人感受很不好
The captain is dumbfounded to make up the ticket for the duplicate seat. Even if the customer service is really bad, he can help contact the captain but still tell the passengers that he is going to the carriage one by one. This attitude is really unpleasant.
