★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took all my ovens, my mixer, my rolling mill from Chanmag, but I'm disappointed with the after-sales service. You have to call several times for the repairman to come and each time you get different answers, it's very tiring and we have to pay 1350 nt just for the trip ? It's the only company in Taiwan to charge to come and look at its equipment which doesn't work, it's crazy. In March 2022 I have to go to the bakery show and say hello to them.
we have the oven that only works on one side we've been calling them for 10 days they tell us we'll call you back but nothing ? and today we call again and we're told maybe this week or next week ? it's really not very serious ?
