湯頭鮮甜，淡淡的沙茶味
只有一片花花火鍋料
其他菜蛋肉蠻豐富，好吃！
奶茶顏色偏白，奶味重，不錯喝～
咖啡牛奶偏苦，可可味不愛...不喜歡。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 潮洲陽是個在地熱門早餐店，除了一般吐司，漢堡，蛋餅，它也有賣鍋燒意麵喔。對於鍋燒意麵情有獨鍾的我，哈每次來也是必點之一。這家的鍋燒湯頭鮮甜度屬中間偏淡，帶點微微沙茶味道，內容物為鍋燒麵的基本配料，肉絲（醃製的不錯）, 魚板就火鍋料，魚丸的話就一般火鍋等級（不是正魚漿），蛋是整顆下去滾煮類型（蛋黃七分熟）。整體來說不是專業鍋燒意麵等級，但是以早餐店來說已屬上乘，有來潮洲的朋友們可來嚐嚐。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這次旅遊品嚐在地早餐潮州楊，點了大家推薦的鍋燒烏龍和咖啡牛奶，鍋燒烏龍個人覺得還好，咖啡牛奶還不錯對於個人偏甜些，還有點了培根蛋餅、鮮奶茶，覺得蛋餅比烏龍好吃，鮮奶茶鮮奶用量多，奶味偏重，但也還不錯！
