★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 串燒的口味雖然不錯, 但衛生真的堪慮。我看到的是，備生肉生食串的人員，從收錢、整理籃子、再坐回去備生食串; 如此的循環重複了2~3次，期間完全沒消毒或洗過一次手.. 他拿錢找錢完的手、又摸東摸西開關冷凍櫃之後，再直接去抓生肉備料。我無法知道是否只是單一人員的問題; 請自行觀察實際情形。
