★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are about 40 parking spaces, it can be a little bit dark at night. The rate is NTD150 max per day, hourly rate is $20, the same in the Tai-Yuan. The downside is the pay station only accept cash, so you need to prepare coin or not-too-old $100 dollar bill (the machine is choosy) to pay. Sometimes when it's dark, the image recognition system for License Plate is not working well, so you need to call their hot-line for help. Number can be found outside the Pay station.
I want to thank a India guy who helped me process my payment due to the machine didn't accept my paper money yesterday, your kindness made my day, thank you :)
