★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8/17在線上訂了衣服，帆布提袋和吊牌，到現在9/8才收到。期間在商品留言板留言三次都沒回應，8/24線上顯示商品處理中，撥打客服想確認，客服說要查詢後回電也沒回。而訂購的衣服和帆布提袋在8/29的決賽現場有看到，沒有缺貨。後來線上都顯示商品調貨中。
客服的電話非常難撥通，直到9/5再度撥打成功後，客服承諾當天下午要寄出，9/7客服來電確認，才發現商品還是沒寄出。
9/8上午看線上的訂購記錄仍是調貨中，實在很生氣!! 還好下午有收到貨。
整體實在爛透了。
I ordered clothes, canvas bags and tags online on 8/17. I haven't received them until 9/8. During the period, I did not respond to the message on the product message board three times. On the 8/24 online display of the product processing, I called customer service to confirm. The customer service did not return the call after asking. The clothes and canvas bags ordered were seen at the final scene of 8/29, and there were no shortages. Later, the goods are being displayed online.
The customer service phone was very difficult to dial. Until 9/5 re-successful, the customer service promised to send it in the afternoon of the same day, and 9/7 customer service called to confirm that it was not found that the product was still sent.
9/8 am on the online ordering record is still in the transfer, really angry! Fortunately, I received the goods in the afternoon.
The whole thing sucks.
