★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 內部不可拍照，過去以糖業起家的陳家遺留的住宅，裡頭有許多富麗堂皇的收藏品（家具、畫、玉器等等）。
建築風格外部採巴洛克挑高，內部卻是中式九宮格建築，中西合併很具特色。
 It is not allowed to take pictures inside. The house left by the Chen family, which started in the sugar industry, contains many magnificent collections (furniture, paintings, jade, etc.).
The architectural style adopts Baroque high ceiling on the exterior, but the interior is a Chinese-style nine-square-style building. The combination of Chinese and Western is very distinctive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高雄陳家(台灣五大家族)的百年豪宅洋樓(1920)，高雄首座，每月僅開放一次(免費參觀)，宅第內無法拍攝。明清名貴珍木螺鈿家具值得細看。一樓入口凸出於矩形建物，正上方二樓露臺可向西遠眺高雄港(早期)及欣賞正上方山牆。四周有低矮花瓶欄杆圍繞。
The century-old mansion house (1920) of the Chen Family in Kaohsiung (the top five families in Taiwan), the first in Kaohsiung, is only open once a month (free visit), and no photography is allowed in the house. Ming and Qing dynasties are worthy of a closer look. The entrance on the first floor protrudes from the rectangular building, and the terrace on the second floor directly above can overlook Kaohsiung Harbor (early stage) and admire the gable directly above. It is surrounded by low vase railings.
