★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從台中托運機車到台南，結果後照鏡被弄破，把這個問題回覆給客服，客服回覆：「後照鏡本來就該在托運前拔掉，所以不會負責賠償任何費用。」，一開始我給台中機車行托運完全沒有提到需要拔後照鏡，第一次送托運我根本什麼都不知道，而且機車行也完全沒提醒，結果機車受損你們這邊也完全沒想要負任何責任，看評論也很多類似這種機車受損然後客服也是一副不太想處理的態度，真的覺得這間公司有辦法營業到現在實在是非常不可思議，未來有任何朋友想要運送機車到外縣市，我絕對會跟他說：「哪一間都可以，就這間請跳過，謝謝。」
