I started my quarantine from 16th Nov, 2021 until 1st Dec, 2021. The whole quarantine journey in this hotel is definitely fantastic. Every meal is very balanced and tasty and never repeat. Staff is nice and fast response. The room is clean and decent in size. Corner room is good in terms of the window setting which can draw a lot of natural day light. WiFi signal is excellent, very fluent to have zoom meeting globally. Highly recommended.

This was my first quarantine experience and Chez Nous was an absolute delight! I stayed at Chez Nous for 7 days and the staff was incredibly responsive and friendly. My room had two balconies (note, I’m not sure if every room has a balcony so choose wisely when you book) and was very trendy, clean and spacious. The bed was large, firm, and comfortable. My bathroom had a bidet toilet, which was a plus. The hotel provided sponges, laundry soap for hand washing, hair dryer, toothbrush, toothpaste, plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and soap for one person for 7 days. You can always ask for additional amenities if you ran out. You can also request for a stationary bike and yoga mat for a small additional cost if you want to get some exercise in while you’re in quarantine! The food was very healthy and delicious. Due to jet lag, I often didn’t eat dinner until I woke up. It would have been helpful to have a microwave, but since the staff is available 24/7, you can always ask them in advance to keep it warm and deliver your meals later. There was a hot water heater and I used that to make instant noodles for myself when I woke up at odd hours. I would highly recommend Chez Nous if you want a comfortable, sparklingly clean, and local to Da’an District boutique hotel. The hotel is right next to a high school running track and sometimes students would say hi to you while they’re running, which was a nice human interaction while you’re in isolation. I 10/10 would recommend this hotel to anyone pre or post pandemic!

Fantastic quarantine hotel, nothing was too much trouble for Mr Lee and the staff here. Having quarantined in Hong Kong before, it makes such a difference to have such a considerate attitude to looking after people who would much rather be at home! Highly recommended

This is my third quarantine hotel in Taipei and also happens to be the best! I had the standard room with balcony overlooking the basketball courts. The room was clean and well-designed. It wasn't spacious yet I never felt cramped. The balcony had a table and two chairs and was where I spent most of my mornings, rain or shine. I was so grateful to have access to an outdoor space. It really made a world of difference for my well-being. I also loved the fact that the neighboring buildings are pretty far away so the view is quite open. The bathroom is equipped with a Toto bidet and a clothes drying function, a godsend when you don't have a washer and dryer. Each room has its own, independent HVAC system, a pretty important feature during the pandemic. The internet was fast and reliable; I never had an issue on my zoom calls w/ clients back in the US. There are numerous lights in the room so you can adjust the brightness in different ways to your liking. This is important b/c I stayed at a hotel that was really dark and difficult for me to work at night. The meals, prepared by the chefs in the restaurant downstairs, were delicious, healthy, and offered quite a bit of variety. I never got a repeat meal in the 10 days I stayed there and looked forward to every meal. You can rent a yoga mat and kettlebells for free. An exercise bike is also available for a pretty decent fee (I think it's 150 TWD/day). There is a mini fridge, a pretty decent sized closet, and a safe. They also provide a pair of slippers in addition to plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and soap. There were also sponges and a Swiffer-like floor cleaner to keep your room clean. Last but not least, every single member of the staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. I didn't have any issues with my room, but I did have a couple of questions, which were addressed immediately. I hope I never have to quarantine in Taipei again, but if I did, I'd want to do it at chez nous.

Room was very clean and had the all the basic amenities like Towel, brush, Shampoo, Soap etc. There is also mini fridge, kettle and hair dryer. Study desk was decently big to work on and wifi connectivity was great. Everything was 5/5 except the food. I had hard time as Indian vegetarian. I eat chicken occasionally but here it was given very frequently and tasted differently because it is skinned. Rice also felt sticky like chicken. And in veg, there were boiled vegetables. But the good thing you can order 24 * 7 from Uber eats, Food Panda etc. And there are good indian restaurants nearby. So I used order lunch/dinner from there. Food isn't so bad like I said. Many of my friends who recommended Chez nous liked it but they were from other countries so I guess taste difference. You can also order unlimited coke cans for free. View of Taipei 101 from my room was really amazing! Staff was very polite and friendly. ? Thank you chez nous for a wonderful 10 days quarantine stay.

This is my first hotel quarantine and I'm on my Day#8. I chose Chez Nous based on Google Reviews and I'm glad I made the right choice. The hotel is at an ideal location, good views, bright, clean, healthy meals and with balcony options. Most importantly, friendly and excellent customer service. On a scale of 5, the hotel itself is a 5 and the service is a 6 or 7. I can't say enough good things about the hotel manager Eugene Cheng. From my first contact with Eugene, he was nice, polite, responsive, professional, extremely helpful and informative. My flight landed 4 hours early due to 5G issue so I arrived at the hotel 4 hours early at around 3:00am. Eugene was already waiting for me at the lobby when my taxi showed up at the hotel. He sanitized me, walked me through everything, helped me with my luggages, showed me to my room, and had the staff provide me with welcoming refreshments. What a relief after 14 hour flight and long PCR testing battle at the airport. I've travelled in many parts of the world and this kind of service and dedication is rarely experienced. I was really impressed and would highly recommend Chez Nous. I found Chez Nous through Google Reviews so I'd like to do the same, plant seeds and help those who need recommendations for an excellent quarantine hotel in Taiwan!

If you have to, you must choose an isolated hotel. Especially when the world is opening up... But this is Taiwan's policy and we must respect it! Therefore, we have chosen this admirable hotel from thousands of choices! So I give them five stars. First of all, from the beginning to the end of the stay, all the staff are full of sincere care and remind every detail. They will try their best to meet the requirements of the guests. I feel that their intentions do their best to make customers satisfied! I am very grateful for this! Helped me through the unforgettable 12 days of my life in this era of great quarantine ? The staff at the restaurant were very attentive during this period! Every meal served is never repeated. In addition to the main meal, there are also fruit desserts or drinks. Every meal is fun and sometimes exciting for me! I've never even ordered takeout because it's not necessary for me! To me the room looks like a photo! ㄧ There are plenty of sockets in the room. Even most are international sockets. The internet speed is also fast and there is no problem at work. My favorite is the large balcony! Made me spend a lot of very boring time. Take a breather, soak up the sun, have a cup of coffee, read a book, surf the Internet, and listen to music. draw... The room is clean and tidy with all the amenities. The drying system in the toilet is also great. There are also a lot of TV channels, and even YouTube. and a movie station with 170 videos. You can also pass some time on TV. As the quarantine is over, I would recommend that you bring some items to make yourself comfortable...such as essential oil diffusers. Various fragrances. Books and magazines. Simple picture book brushes. Comfortable slippers. throw pillow. own cutlery. Sauces used in food. Your favorite coffee, tea bags, etc. You can make yourself more comfortable during quarantine. This is very important for physical and mental health! I hope the era of the Great Quarantine will end as soon as possible. Taiwan is back to normal! You can come back and check in normally. My quarantine stay here was nearly flawless. I had one of the larger rooms with a large balcony with comfortable seating. The food while not always to my taste was freshly prepared and delivered hot on time every time. The location is such that you have just about every option available using UberEATS or Food Panda. The hotel staff will bring deliveries to your room, even late night. The bed as noted by others is firm, but I slept well. Sometimes neighbors were a little inconsiderate and the spaces between rooms are small so they could be heard from time to time. Staff seemed quick to provide reminders the couple of times it was necessary. And speaking of the staff, they were excellent. Super responsive, very respectful, and just operated at a level one might expect to find at a major 5 star chain. Available 24hrs, they are just outstanding. If you're lucky, you might even catch an exciting football match.
