★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我是購買應該有超過10年以上的老客戶，前後應該有7、8套以上了，從奇摩拍賣就開始購買，這次來跟大家分享6/9的消費經驗，我總共購買兩組素色床單，因為跟朋友推薦所以幫朋友買的，第一次下水之後，床單褪色了，跟店家反應，得到的回應是因為清潔劑有限定，不是每一種都能用。
我非常確定我購買時店家只有跟我說這個是莫代爾棉，因為其他材質沒現貨，但沒特別跟我交待要注意洗堤方式，結果下水褪色才跟我說不能用這種清潔劑，那為什麼一開始不先說。之後得到的就是補償150折價卷，跟附上說明。請問：我東西已經洗壞了，附這個說明是能挽回什麼，這樣以後誰敢買你們家商品，還附折價卷給我幹什麼，分享這次經驗是想讓其他消費者不要跟我一樣，因為店家生意很好很忙，所以不會有空告訴大家要注意事項。以上若有虛假，本人願負法律行為
