★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天14：30左右到5樓辦理節能輔助退費，進門後面對櫃台只有左右二個櫃台，左邊小姐較年輕，右邊人員目測約60歲左右，服務態度非常誇張的差勁與不耐煩，自己專業不足只會一直問隔壁同事，網路購物蝦皮的發票沒看過就說：這是什麼發票啊！...買受人統編要寫哪裡也不知道，跟她要識別證姓名也不給我，我一定要客訴她，只會欺負人。
