★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天14:30左右到5樓辦理節能輔助退費,進門後面對櫃台只有左右二個櫃台,左邊小姐較年輕,右邊人員目測約60歲左右,服務態度非常誇張的差勁與不耐煩,自己專業不足只會一直問隔壁同事,網路購物蝦皮的發票沒看過就說:這是什麼發票啊!...買受人統編要寫哪裡也不知道,跟她要識別證姓名也不給我,我一定要客訴她,只會欺負人。
