但是地方政府(嘉義市)財政是窮.不爭氣.歷任市長就跟雲林.基隆市…堪稱幾大最窮的縣市.〈打死絕對沒建設〉。
唉!後站貧窮辛酸就嘉義(世）人的「安貧樂道」。
