★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything screwed up in the reception section.After a long queue,the receptionist verbally confirmed that we would sit on the table after the former customers was done.About fifteen minutes later,she reserved the table to another customers which was NOT what she had committed to us.It was not the long queue but the lost of trust that ruined the whole service.
