I spent 3 days and 2 nights of the New Year's Eve (2019-2020), I have stayed in the Royal 3 times, in terms of this experience. The fireworks are really beautiful, and the drone performances are also amazing. The surrounding shopping shops and amusement facilities are actually very suitable for parents and children, but the expensive five-star hotel should have the level of a five-star hotel. --------------- The overall environment --------------- Two years ago, perhaps because there were many people who bought packages for the New Year's Eve, but there were no additional personnel or other contingency measures. A large number of passengers waited in the lobby to check in, all sitting by the non-seat pool. Five-star hotel standards are quite inconsistent. I hope to add a seat nearby so that passengers can take a break. Spa pool, there are many places with moss, and many spa pools are broken, and there is not much crowds, but the locker seat is far away from the shower room (small details can be better if you can pay attention). Originally, I wanted to say that I could go to the top floor of the hotel to watch the fireworks, but I didn't expect to ask the staff. I realized that the top floor would not be open to watch the fireworks, so the guests staying in the hotel could only watch the fireworks with everyone on the first floor. ------------------room------------- It's quite big, but there is no free drink. I ordered a double room, but the bath milk, shampoo, lotion, and hair conditioner all have only a small can (two cans for one person) and the annual price is not cheap. This is really stingy. Most people who go to other star-rated restaurants usually give a few cans. The first time I saw such a quantity of supplies, it was stupid. -------------Meals---------- The New Year's Eve set includes dinner, but the quality needs to be enhanced. The meat is very woody, the meat is not meaty, the shrimp is not shrimpy, and the wahmi rice is very hard to dig. Many seafood dishes are only in the first round, behind Instead of seafood with Pleurotus eryngii, it is commendable that the meals are fast. But a lot of seats seem to be squeezed out. The table for 2 people is full of about 2 large plates! It feels very atmosphereless. All that can be said is that the fireworks are beautiful and can soothe our hearts.

The service staff is kind and asked if you need a bottle sterilizer, a bathtub, a crib, and you can see the Ferris wheel in the room... It's worth visiting

The room is spacious, the bed is big and easy to sleep, you can go to the sky garden after having a rich breakfast
