1F接待人員告知辦理開戶需要半小時，並請我至2F作業。
至2F發現現場約有3位客戶，我即找位子坐下等待。
等待約10分鐘後，有位服務人員前來詢問我要辦理什麼業務，我說要辦理開戶，她說要等約3~4小時，並請我回家等待!
我立即告訴她，我有預約，她還是非常堅持要等約3~4小時!
我實在無法理解為何開戶需要這麼久的時間!!
An appointment has been made a few days ago to open an account, and the relevant information has been prepared and completed on 1F.
The receptionist on the 1F informed that it would take half an hour to open an account, and asked me to work on the 2F.
When I found about 3 customers on the 2F, I found a seat and waited.
After waiting for about 10 minutes, a service staff came to ask me what kind of business I wanted to handle. I said that I wanted to open an account. She said that I would have to wait about 3~4 hours, and asked me to go home and wait!
I immediately told her that I had an appointment, and she still insisted on waiting about 3~4 hours!
I really can't understand why it takes so long to open an account!!
