★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 會計小姐 致電蘆洲分行，一位女生說無法電話查詢，客戶是否入帳，我們小姐說上週打過去問就可以，她說制度變了，然後給我一個客服專線，光語音就要聽10分鐘，等待再等待，整個弄了30分鐘，沒人接聽的客服電話，也沒解決我們的問題(感受到的只是打發人，去別地方)?
The accountant called the Luzhou branch. A girl said that she couldn't make phone enquiries, whether the customer was credited or not. Our lady said that it would be fine to call last week and ask. She said that the system has changed, and then gave me a customer service hotline. Minutes, wait and then wait. It took 30 minutes for the whole customer service call, no one answered, and it didn’t solve our problem (all I felt was just sending people, going elsewhere) ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 等很久就算了，服務人員還先幫後面的用，那何必抽號碼牌，而且那麼大的一家銀行辦開戶的只有一個窗口也太扯了吧!!
Even after waiting for a long time, the service staff will help the others first, so why bother to draw the number plate, and there is only one window for opening an account in such a big bank, it’s too ridiculous!!
