一進門口櫃檯人員詢問那位要開戶，朋友回答是他，旁邊的保全人員問朋友：你開戶要幹嘛？
覺得很好笑又莫名其妙耶！開戶就是要存錢啊？
不然要幹嘛？
如果還有其他用途也是我們的事，問的問題很莫名而且不舒服
從過年要去開戶到現在都沒辦法開成
下午一點去說要等到五點，叫你第二天九點再來
那請問第二天上午要上班的人怎麼辦呢？
中國信託是一間很大間的銀行
貴銀行是否該視狀況多聘請一些人員及增設櫃檯
保全人員請多再做教育訓練
