★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 快到過年時間每天都很多人，之前行員建議我可以先在網銀app先取號，快輪到的時候再到分行就不用等太久。還好今天有先抽號，到分行時真的滿滿的人，到的時候也剛好快輪到我，幾乎沒有等到，非常感謝。

When I arrived at 3 o'clock in the afternoon and wanted to open an account, the staff at the door said, "There are 11 people waiting in front, and everyone has 30 minutes of homework time...". Doubt whether you heard it wrong? Is everyone handling very complicated business? Or is it too inefficient?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去幫小孩開戶，等了大概1個小時左右，終於輪到我辦理時被告知戶口名簿有異動不是最新的，只好明天再跑一趟先回家去戶政更新，回家馬上去戶政，戶口人員告知已是最新的戶口名簿，我他奶奶的氣炸了，等了1個多小時終於可以辦理，就偏偏要人多跑一趟，感覺非常非常差
I went to help my child open an account and waited for about an hour. When it was finally my turn to do it, I was told that there was a change in the household registration book, which was not the latest. I had to go home again tomorrow to update the household registration. The hukou staff told me that it was the latest hukou register. My grandmother was furious. After waiting for more than an hour, it was finally possible to apply for it, but I had to make an extra trip. I felt very, very bad.

開戶等了快2小時…需要其他銀行的資料也不提前說一進去就問辦什麼業務說完是開戶就直接叫我填資料什麼都沒說就一直推薦辦信用卡…真的很傻眼網路上都不會提前公告要什麼資料到了現場還叫你去其他家開戶辦滿3個月在回去開戶…神經病啊！
Efficiency sucks! !
I waited for almost 2 hours to open an account...I don't need information from other banks. I don't need to say it in advance. As soon as I go in, I ask what business to do. After opening an account, I just ask me to fill in the information. I won't announce in advance what information I want. When I arrive at the scene, I will ask you to open an account in another home for 3 months and then go back to open an account... Crazy!
