我是嘉基新陳代謝科戴醫生推薦來的!因為週六有看診對我這北漂族比較方便,不用特別請假,戴醫生很有口碑,很專業細心,我在台北仁愛醫院看甲狀腺的醫生都說抽不出來組織液,但是戴醫生抽是有技巧的,不得不說薑還是老的辣! 至於醫院整體,只有一次碰到比較沒這麽熱心幫忙的櫃檯小姐。 希望戴醫生一直在這邊看診方便我們北漂族,謝謝?

因為要帶小小孩不方便出門,想請家人去帶拿藥,打電話致櫃檯詢問,可不可以講一下就好。結果電話一直轉一直等待,後來才說問完回電話。爛的是等待很久,終於回電話,但不知道是院方沒繳電話費嗎?怎麼會響一聲就掛電話。這樣的感覺很不好,待人員改進。別讓費別人的時間

帶長輩來看眼科。被告知要先到驗光室抽號碼牌,但是號碼牌連同健保卡交進去之後,護理師也沒按照號碼牌叫號進行前置檢查。一直被後面來的人擺在上面然後插隊叫號,跟護理人員反應也沒被處理。覺得經驗很差,希望能加強行政流程教育。

院方一直説要改進,可是越來越差,4/15下午四點多還有病人在櫃檯接電話像被鬼打到,呼天搶地,心臟病人會被發作,完全沒有任何台灣人的基本水準。 像這樣沒規矩,在你們醫院屬於正常情況,所以說要改進,根本只是隨口說說。可以說比五十年代的診所還沒在管理。放任醫院人員我行我素。老鼠屎很多,除非快刀斬亂麻,否則無法一步一步慢慢改,兩年了,完全沒有進步 你們醫院很方便就醫,醫師水準也很好,就是整個行政工作亂七八糟像沒人管,護士喊人也像在罵小孩,整個候診區幾乎是密閉空間,根本輕聲說著就都聽得到。 除了那個被鬼打到的病人,極其下三濫,其他的噪音都是護士製造的。 還有你們醫院的車子在路上開,好像縣太爺出巡,不能說沒規矩,但是實在無法叫做守規矩。
