★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天晚上10:25分做熱飲的店員，一個長髮一個短髮，請問熱飲可以放在塑膠杯嗎？有沒有常識?不知道這樣會釋放塑化劑嗎？頭殼DAy 賽?你們公司sop是這樣教的?明明現場還有許多紙杯，老娘就是衝著你們家素還真紙杯去的，明明其他人的熱飲是紙杯，為什麼我的熱飲給我用塑膠杯?到底是哪一個店員做的?妳可以辭職了，等了半天給我這樣一個東西好好的過年心情就被打壞了，本來現場我就要發飆了，還是忍了下來，不是不體諒店員辛苦，但這不能當作你們不專業的藉口，有太多飲料店真的不缺你們這間，店員的素質真的會影響到整家店，好自為之!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 21點多去買兩杯蜂蜜奶茶，喝起來完全沒有蜂蜜味，懷疑根本忘了加，整杯喝起來就是早餐店奶茶的味道==而且買的時候店員一直唱歌？？請問欸？？顧著唱歌做錯飲料：）？？？覺得店員很不把客人放眼裡 客人站在櫃檯前了 店員還邊滑手機邊大聲唱歌 而且說真的 不好聽。
最後還讓我們花$105買兩杯早餐店奶茶 唉 感覺真的很差 點蜂蜜奶茶一杯少蜜一杯半蜜 喝起來卻感覺是鄉村早餐店奶茶：）那我還不如花40塊去買鄉村奶茶 還比較好喝：）
