Poor quality! Service attitude is very problematic. And I ordered a drink and told me to "completely remove the ice". After getting the drink, I still had a pile of ice cubes in my hand.

I went to the Shanggang Restaurant in Tsann Kuen House, Keilong Yiyi Road. I had a great sea view, the food was good, and the price was OK. Only the side dishes were a little expensive, haha (opposite the gendarmerie next to Keelung City Hall)
