17:47分定了9杯飲料，店員掛斷後，以為做好就會送，18:06分店家打來我們珍珠賣完嘍，只剩粉圓，如果要等珍珠需要一個小時，我回答店員那就全部換粉圓吧！19:18分了外送還沒來....打電話到店裡接電話的店員一副不知道訂單的樣子，轉給另一個店員，我們現在馬上做，我問他我竟然等這麼久，那原先訂的珍珠會給我嗎？店員回一樣是粉圓，整個OOXX.....，如果有需要等這麼久為何不再致電給客人說明一下，居然要打電話去催才要說，這樣的員工訓練是不是要加強
