★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話訂購12杯飲料自取，問了哥吉拉滑鼠墊有沒累贈，要不要分單訂購，男店員說有累贈，我們才點單，到了店面取飲料，換女店員說，有貼公告要到現場買的才有送滑鼠墊，我們不清楚活動內容，那電話訂的當下為何不跟消費者講清楚？我們可以選擇去現場點單或是不要訂了不是嗎？重點是我們還有詢問滑鼠墊的活動，搞什麼？教育訓練很差的溪南店，女店員還說男店員不知道打電話沒送，不知道活動內容接什麼電話，真的讓人很不爽，滑鼠墊不值錢也不重要，是感覺問題

後來有上網看FB才知道來電預訂沒有，但女店員態度真的差到不行，是你們員工內部溝通有誤，當下也不是一定要拿贈品，但一句不好意思也沒有，真的很無言。
的確贈品不是那麼重要，但如果當下店員在電話中有告知，就不會有這種誤會發生。
