The venue is spacious and bright. After the end, a wet cloth is provided for everyone to wipe the yoga mat that has just been used, and wipe their own mats! Great~~

我當時是在台中茫茫瑜伽教室選擇中，思考要去哪間，因此如果你也跟我一樣，我相信台中青堤會是你可以嘗試的瑜伽教室。
我很幸運的這裡的空間、師資、排課與我所需非常契合，所以在這裏授課的一年時光相當充實。
希望選擇來青堤的你，也會和我有相同的感受。
The schedule is flexible, the space is comfortable, and the teachers are excellent.
I was in Taichung’s vast yoga classroom selection, thinking about where to go, so if you are like me, I believe Taichung Qingdi will be a yoga classroom you can try.
Fortunately, the space, teachers, and class schedule here are very suitable for my needs, so the year of teaching here is quite fulfilling.
I hope you who choose to come to Qingdi will feel the same as me.
