★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這家涼麵從我二十歲吃到現在，已經三十多年了，淋上有薄薄花椒香的辣油，是我在台灣吃過口味最接近四川味的涼麵，但沒有中國四川的涼麵那麼的麻。
爽脆新鮮的小黃瓜絲，都是在現場現點現刨，醬汁的口味酸甜度剛剛好，若不喜歡蒜味可以不加大蒜汁，店家會貼心的提醒。
味噌湯是用柴魚熬煮高湯，加入豆腐、柴魚片和新鮮的蔥花，味道鮮而不腥，搭配涼麵是最佳的組合，覺得這樣的組合還蠻對味的。
雖然現在住在新店區安坑的山上，距離中和區南勢角有一段距離，不過想吃涼麵的時候，還是會過來這裏買，在還沒吃到更好吃的涼麵時，這家應該會是唯一的選擇。

The crisp and fresh cucumber shreds are freshly planed on site. The taste of the sauce is just right. If you don't like the garlic flavor, you can skip the garlic juice. The store will remind you.
Miso soup is a stock made of bonito, adding tofu, bonito flakes and fresh chopped green onion. It tastes fresh and not fishy. It is the best combination with cold noodles. I think this combination is quite right.
Although I live on the mountain in Ankeng, Xindian District, some distance from Nanshijiao in Zhonghe District, I still come here to buy cold noodles when I want to eat cold noodles. When I haven't eaten any more delicious cold noodles, this restaurant It should be the only option.
