★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Independent cafe famous for latte art. You can take video of skillful staff making latte art which is impressive. Although the latte tastes just alright, I still think it’s worth a visit. Also note that it’s a takeaway coffee shop with only standing table.

It’s located at famous tourist attraction- Jiufen near to Taipei , the latte art performance and photography is one of the special experience you can get from here.
The signature charcoal latte is tasty with mild spicy flavor. A little pricy as it doesn’t has a indoor seat available, but overall very well designed place and also very instagramable coffee shop.
Definitely recommended to try if you are visiting jiufen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fancy cafe hidden in the small alley in Jiufen. The ocean view is fabulous. It’s a pity there is no seat in the cafe. Only two standing tables deep inside the venue with no view. However there is a public viewing deck right across the street where you can enjoy the beauty of Jiufen. I got a coffee latte, it was ok, decent but nothing surprisingly good, a bit overpriced (NT$ 150) for takeaway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small cafe tucked away from main street. Follow the steep flight of staircase 10m the the entrance of the 九份老街。
The latte is very rich and full of aroma as I was given the mixed beans instead of the SOC (which is lighter and fruitier)
Food for thought - try a take away and have a cuppa under the shade of tree canopy and look into the ocean. Chill.
