去程到站沒有廣播，對目的地不熟的人自求多福。
回程帶位人員服務態度極差，是在大聲什麼？
給一顆星都嫌太多。

買完票才說位子就司機旁邊。司機還剛抽完菸。整個很不舒適
I asked the station staff if there was a seat. I asked 3 or 4 times without answering the person directly. I just said to buy a ticket first.
After buying the ticket, I said the seat is next to the driver. The driver had just finished smoking. very uncomfortable

有問題的時候態記不太好了
冷氣漏水椅子濕掉 害我做下去屁股全濕
售票員只叫我換去司機旁邊坐
可是我褲子已經濕掉了欸
然後那個位子不僅會撞到膝蓋還會撞到頭
(但我身高不到160欸)
跟我說「不然怎麼辦 只能委屈一點啊」
國光客運誤點還會給個折價券

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 收票人員態度很差，而且非常不懂變通跟客戶服務，票一半掉在購買的台北京站，只剩票根，票根一樣有號碼可以證明我才剛買，打電話去台北京站對不就知道了嗎，但他們堅持雖然這樣能證明我剛買票沒錯，但他們就是一定要收到另外半邊存留，這是什麼點？都能證明我有買票了，存哪半邊的車票有差嗎？？？？硬是要再收了我一次錢，還大聲嚷嚷的讓全車知道說是我不補票所以車不開，還聽到司機罵髒話

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9/30禮拜一早上11點05分在重慶站驗票的換成一個中年男，流程亂七八糟，態度極差！
不像之前的那位小姐流程順、效率高、態度佳。
一開始我遞給中年男悠遊卡，他說等一下，run了一圈，最後回頭來對人大聲抱怨沒聽他的指令，拿走我的卡後，要我下車自己等他過卡，態度很差的抱怨他還要上下車，妳自己下來等拿卡?
流程亂七八糟，耽誤大家時間。
態度極差，抱怨並且計較，非常糟的收票員。
整個火都上來???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 臺北轉運站那邊的人沒位子還要叫人上車？上車發現沒位子也只是叫人先坐下，沒位子我坐哪？ 也一點也沒有道歉的意思，就算不是你的錯但有疏失的地方不是應該至少說聲不好意思什麼的有所表示？服務態度不佳
