Extremely horrible service. Sales assistance was rude, indifferent and unfriendly, even when there's no customers in the store. What's the point of having sales assistance if they aren't assisting in any ways. Please don't waste your time visiting this outlet.

The most poor service ever I experienced in my life. All of the workers should be fired. Bad attitude towards customers and doesn’t help you out at all.

The workers inside attitude is very bad. They dont even let you to touch their merchandise even you look for it. They just walked away when serve you until halfway. I think they need to reconsider to hire some good manners workers

Worst shopping experience. Security guard asks me to leave coffee on the table the moment I walked in. Customers are not kids or random animals, a soft reminder will do the same job. It’s end of the year, management can consider options to replace all employees. It will save you annual bonus budget, and build better reputation with new people. I bought my glasses at Four Season Eyewear around the corner. They helped me adjust eyewear with specialized service that provides delightful experience much more than at Chrome Hearts’s official store.

Made a purchase at the store within 10 minutes after stepping into the store for $315 usd ~$9k ntd long sleeve shirt. After not being back to Taiwan for 13 years and being a chromeheart fan and customer for more than a decade, I decided to come to the store to show some support. While I was making a purchase, a rep spoke loudly at her to tell her to stop her to take a picture. it was okay to ask softly but it was pretty rude to simply shout at her. I definitely felt mistreated and felt sorry for my wife that was trying to capture the picture of my back and the logo on top of me. We know way better than anyone not to take any pictures in the store since we have been long time customers and have shopped pretty much in any cities chromeheart store can be found. I still bought it though despite one of the worst shopping experience ever occurred to me. Today was the day to celebrate for me but ended with one of the worst shopping experience ever. We definitely felt unwelcomed in the store. Sorry for the bad rating, it is just what I have felt. Different approach definitely can be done to achieve customer happiness. More training definitely required for this particular store. Obviously no one here cares about customer service and does not address to any of the negative reviews.

NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN - Poor Attitude Like many other paying customers here, i did purchased jewellery at this store before. I decided to visit this store during pandemic on 1 june 2021, 16:15, to purchase a bracelet on behalf of my friend and maybe get myself a piece as well. Then i was served by a HORRIBLE store assistant. i told her i need to get a 17cm bracelet and she asked me how many chain do i need in a very irritated manner. I asked her politely how long is one chain then. In the end she has to go and measure the bracelet reluctantly. The worst part is that all other store assistants witnessed this poor attitude and did nothing. I guessed it is alright to ill treat any customers nowadays. NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN

To the complainers. They are chrome hearts, they don’t care if you have money therefore they don’t gotta have a insurance seller attitude towards you.
