★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麵是手工製作的，很有嚼勁?~湯頭跟一般的牛肉麵不太一樣，很特別，不過有點辣?，很廉價很好吃
不過老闆說一次沒辦法做很多份，所以比較多人的話，可能有點沒辦法
還有如果趕時間就不要吃，因為手工麵要煮比較久

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛肉湯頭是用薑熬煮的，老闆說沒有放任何化學調味料，麵條很有咬勁，吃完之後會讓人全身出汗，齒頰留香，跟一般其他的中藥紅燒湯頭很不一樣，第一次喝覺得很清淡很無味，但是慢慢品味會感受到老闆的用心和堅持。炸醬麵也是老闆用的黑豆瓣醬，很特別夠味，青蔥也是現切吃的出辛辣味。小菜看起來滷的很久，但是吃起來很清淡，很好吃。值得推薦。
