Pretty good dinner buffet, but time constraint too tight

Family room on 3rd floor is recommended for family with kids. Many facilities and clean, but some are needed to repair or upgrade. The breakfast is ok, price is higher than our expectation.

Great hot spring and Spa experience for our family with excellent atmosphere and management. The buffet on the second floor restaurant was very good with local flavor nicely blended with sumptuous international cuisine and wide variety of deserts to put a nice finish on our great family spa day! We will be back for more soon...

Good place for families with small kids. Outside pools are all hot spring / warm water, also the kids pool with slides, so it is a good alternative for colder weather. Indoor playground also good. Breakfast could be improved.

Very much a kid-friendly hotel. I think if you asked my 2 and 4 year olds, they would rank this as one of their favorite places in Jiaoxi. They have both an outdoor pool (with slides) and an indoor play area suitable for kids of all ages. If you get a east-facing room, you will also have a magnificent view of the Lanyang Plains and the Turtle Island. Things would be perfect if they only provided charging for electric vehicles like the other hotels in the neighborhood.

This hotel is perfect for families. My kids had a blast. I personally loved the buffet; It was generous and diverse.

They have some fun kids' features at this hotel, but unfortunately too many other problems. The hotel is not clean. Especially during a pandemic, this is a big problem. The hotel room smelled like mold and dust. After five minutes of walking barefoot in our hotel room, our feet were black. The tile in the bathtub is not scrubbed clean. The mattresses and pillows are very uncomfortable. Like sleeping on cement. Also, the hallway light is always on. The only way to turn it off is to remove the key card, but then the AC will also be turned off. The front desk staff and breakfast staff were very rude, treating me like an idiot or an intruder, simply because I am not Taiwanese. The front desk also tried to overcharge me for the room. I had to show them my booking confirmation again and again to get them to change the price. Most likely trying to charge "foreigner" prices. The buffet only have 2-3 small vegetarian items. The only soy milk offered is sugar free. My family could not eat anything except unhealthy sugary cereal, bland soy milk, and a cold pastry. This is a Buddhist country. Many people are vegetarian or vegan. My daughter, my husband, and I woke up with a rash on our skin, as if bed bugs are in the bed. Several of us also develop foot fungus the next day. This hotel is so disgusting. The hotel manager should not charge guests 10,000 NT for a dirty room that causes illness within my family and an uncomfortable night of restless sleep. I am very disappointed to have wasted my money at this hotel.
