卻被告知點數已過期要歸零重新集點，
顧客表示沒辦法接受，
希望能有折衷方法，
但店員卻直接回答：「這樣也沒有辦法啊」
因為買很久了，

有時候下車買飲料的是伴侶，
不知道為什麼紙本就可以無期限，
但線上卻有期限限制這樣的雙重標準，
真的讓人沒辦法接受。
