★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with Chinese speakers, and the bubble tea was okay. The food was pretty good. We got beef noodle soup and the meat was tender, though I wished it had a little more spice.

But be noted this is the only location of their chain that would assign you a seat instead of letting you choose one. Pretty shady move. They judge your look before they seat you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there around 4 PM, drinking drinks and chatting. Two hours later, we planned to order our dinner, but the waiter told us our time is up, if we wanted to have dinner, we had to go out and queue again.
Wow, so ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for dinner with several co-workers. This seems to be a very popular restaurant with good reputation.
Their main selling point is their bubble tea, though I decided to give those a pass.
I ordered their noodle and found the portion to be a little less than satisfying, though the noodle tasted good and had a good texture.

Summary - Stylishly Designed Interior offering a wide variety of easy, good quality meals and teas.
The Pros - Good atmosphere (Chinese Tea House Vine) and reasonable prices. The food is well prepared (we liked their noodles) and there is a wide variety of quality teas.
The Cons - They don't take reservations, so the waiting time can be quite long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a somewhat fancy place that impressed our friends more than us. They go to it because it is close to a couple stores they like and parking is not a problem. It is kind of like a Taiwanese tapas place, where you order multiple small plates. The problem was the deep fried ones all tasted of stale oil. The black sesame milk tea was good and everything not deep fried was very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taiwanese tea house. One of the original brands that made bubble tea famous in Taichung and Taiwan (even world). So all tea drinks are excellent quality here. You can order food and snacks too. I ordered the traditional beef noodle which was pretty good (above average). Broth was pretty good. Noodles good. Meat was average and a little chewy.
Atmosphere is traditional classic Taiwanese style (even includes not that comfortable wood furniture).
