Spring House is an international tea house chain, one of two Taiwanese restaurant chains that claim to have invented bubble milk tea. I love its classic hand-shaken bubble Milk Tea Their black tea and milk have a perfect ratio. Its bubble smaller than other shops cause it claimed that that was the size that they first invented this drink than it soon became famous all over Taiwan. Spring House is also a good place to grab a snack or a meal. They serve Taiwanese food like beef noodles, dried bean, braised chicken wings and so on.

The quality of tea and boba are really great.
This location is not as crazy as the one in Zuoying.
Service was good and fast.
The only problem is that the bathroom is really small, and they don't have a sitting toilet in the men's room, very 60s....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s simply the best bubble tea we’ve ever had in Hong Kong, New York and Taiwan - perfect milk and tea ratio. The tomato braised beef noodle soup is also the best. The place is comfortable and the waiters/waitresses are very nice. Too bad there is no Spring House in NY. Please come to NY!
