★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我也算是春水堂的常客，今天上來這盤茶香高麗菜真的不行啊...碎成這樣，一盤比外面小吃貴一倍多的價格麻煩拿出水準，拜託不要砸了自家招牌。本來想給一顆星，多的一顆給服務生，看我不方便到櫃台點餐直接幫我在位子處理，很貼心。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 點心都很熱呼呼的好吃，最愛牛肉麵，芝麻鮮奶茶，茉香奶茶也很好喝。19號星期五去吃午餐，已經開始很忙碌了，裡面的服務生無論男女都很親切溫和，其中一桌有三個孩子，兩位媽媽，只顧著聊天，我就看著她的孩子一直往地上丟白飯，稍後此客人離開後，就看到服務生蹲在地上撿飯粒擦拭桌椅腳底，看了真是心疼，服務生也是爸媽的寶貝。我們出門用餐應該是互相，而非給他人增添無謂的困擾。春水堂的老闆，是不是應該給員工嘉獎啊?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love their Kung Fu style noodles, it's really delicious and juicy, but my favourite are the spicy wontons. They are extremely delicious. Adding some wonton sauce into the noodles makes the experience much better. Their bubble tea is also good, but very expensive in my opinion. This is a must eat restaurant in Hsinchu!
