★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For all the bubble (boba/pearl) milk tea fans out there, you must visit this place when you visit Taichung in Taiwan!!! The bubble milk tea tastes original and smooth, the pearls just melt in your mouth. You can order food and snacks at the restaurant and the food is delicious and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They pressure you to order in a rush and they have minimum orders. You have to order at least one thing per person. In the menu the vegetarian options are vegan. And the vegetarian options are not written in the menu.
Everything is very expensive. The radish cake is really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first store that sells the popular boba! Most of the people is actually using this place for family gathering. But for me as a mere student that staying in Taiwan, the price that they put on the menu is a bit pricey. For the boba, I think the taste was not bad, but the milk tea is going to the milk for the flavour. So it is a bit sweeter than I expect. Hope that there will be a mark for Halal food that we can choose in the menu

The price point is a bit expensive but it is understandable as it's an incredibly well known place.
For the taste, their tea is full of fragrance, really nice. Highly suggest to try at least once !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The "original pearl milk tea"! The pearl milk tea was very good. The "medium" size was very big! I ordered some shrimp shumai as a little snack, and they were good too. The atmosphere of the tea shop was nice also. This store location is a little out of the way of other tourist attractions in Taichung. It is definitely worth visiting if you want to be able to say I've had the original pearl milk tea!
