Great pop-up shop. Come early to avoid queue. All dishes we ordered are delicious. Recommend: + Pearl milk tea S - S size is big already. Tea has stronger taste than normal. It may be not the best in Taiwan but not ordinary either. It's not the original for nothing. + Kung Fu noodle - look disappointing at first look since there's a lot of noodle but few meat. However once we start eating we can't stop our chopstick. Good combination of umami in meat and noodles texture. Very delicious. + Shrimp sumei - taste great although a bit salty so you can eat with Kung Fu noodle + Beef noodle - compared to Michelin guide shop near by, here's a lot easier to eat. Great noodle texture due to using small noodle. The soup is aromatic. The beef is tender. We left nothing in the bowl. Not even soup.

The dining environment wasn’t so good, the floor was so sticky! And the food didn’t worth the price :( you can find many other choices better represent Taiwanese cuisine... High expectation, but unpleasant experience. The customer service was fine though!

This is one of the must-try restaurant in Taiwan for a cup of traditional milk tea, bobba. The price is not really expensive in comparision of other brand. In fact, they also offer many delicious dishes like snack, taiwan cuisine, vegetarian food, beef noodle

Prices are on the slightly expensive side, but the overall food quality is pretty much impeccable. Their side dishes are worthy trying. The decor resembles that of an old-styled tea house too, which adds to the dining experience.

It's a small store at Basement 2, with good service and a nice ambience. Most people come here for the bubble tea, which I feel has good tea, but the pearls are a little normal. The Siew Mai is a must try!! And the brown sugar mochi too omg... So delicious. Otherwise, 10/10 would recommend to try :) they sometimes have deals on certain items, like all M sized drinks or something.

Excellent beef noodles to be eaten with bubble tea. The 70$ mochi worked also worked great as an appetizer. Good atmosphere and good service, we went at 7pm without reservation and the wait time wasn't too long (about 5 minutes).

Love the Giant Bubble Tea ! Chun Shui Tang was rumored that started the bubble tea in Taiwan, We travel to taiwan, stayed at Airbnb near the Taipei Main Station and go straight to Chun Shui Tang! We come down around 3pm and there a que line in front of use, it seems people book using app is more faster but we just go straight and request for 4 person. We wait around 15 minutes and got in fast. Dont worry, they have English Menu in here so you will easy to order the food. We ordered some part : - Rice Set with Chicken Thigh --> not my liking - Rice set with Sweet Pork --> Tend to sweeter side but i like it - Kungfu Mie --> the noodles is chewy and ok - Sesame Oil Noodles --> Noodles with sesame oils with 2 Brocoli, overall good noodles. - Giant Bubble Tea --> I think you must order this ONE! Overall, I like the bubble tea in Chun Shui Tang, It is instagramable and you can post it for you friends. For the food is not much, but I still think it is ok. I think 1 person can spend 200-300 NTD/person in this restaurant. I will definitely will come again for the Bubble Tea, Thats all

Excellent traditional Taiwanese dishes served with same quality anywhere in different branches. However, be prepared for a long queued since this chain restaurant is so popular among tourists, especially the people from Hong Kong.
