It doesn't look good, but it's comfortable to live in. Mr. Chen, the caretaker, is also kind. There are only good shops around. However, the rent is high.

ロケーションは最高。
隣にテイクアウトも出来る台湾料理店があります。
コンビニも徒歩3分以内。
日本語が話せる人が多く日本人も多い街なので安心して生活出来る所が良いです。
部屋はオートロックですが家賃の割に室内は少し古く昭和的な雰囲気があります。
部屋の受け渡しの時は大家さんが来てくれますが外国語は英語だけです。
コンロが無いのでラーメンとか作れません。
エアコンがあっても暖房が無いので1月辺りは台北でも寒さが厳しいので要注意です。
I stayed for about a month for two consecutive years.
The location is great.
There is a Taiwanese restaurant next door where you can take out.
Convenience store is also within 3 minutes on foot.
There are many people who can speak Japanese and there are many Japanese people, so it is good to be able to live with peace of mind.
The room is auto-locked, but the room is a little old and has a Showa atmosphere for the rent.
The landlord will come to hand over the room, but the only foreign language is English.
I can't make ramen because I don't have a stove.
Even if there is an air conditioner, there is no heating, so be careful as it is very cold in Taipei around January.
