★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place that converted old factory to cultural centre for tourist and also support to startup company here. Children like this place so much especially who like to DIY workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s nice to see it opens to the public even though I was forced to leave earlier than expect because no bicycles are allowed inside.
Having said that, I still took sometime to breathe in the atmosphere transformed from a paper factory to a cultural and creative park nowadays!
Come on in if you are visiting the neighborhood like night market or traditional performance art center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the biggest paper making company in Yilan area. It traced back to Japan period that the head of Tainan sugar factory wants to make the waste of sugar cane the most beneficial. So they sent staff to japan to learn the skill of paper making.
Now is full of work shops that people and DIY things. It’s easy to park and it’s kids friendly. I think it’s a great place for family trip.

Accessible via public transportation if you don't have a car
No admission fee. Some nice activities for family visit
Some handcraft products are a bit pricey

Hope it won’t be the copy of many other cultural parks around the island!
The security guard at the entrance is very friendly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice place where you can enter every building with exhibit or art craft. There is also small stores where you can buy artworks or handmade things accessories and many more. Inside there are also food kiosks where you can enjoy eating snacks/coffee, drink teas or brunch ?
