★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 禮拜天跟老婆去光點台北走走，離開時剛好經過中美鐘錶南京店，想説時間還早就進去逛逛，負責接待的是一位男店員Henry，他相當親切不謹詳細的介紹店內的手錶，又相當的專業，讓人不會有壓力，真的是很棒的感覺！等到老婆生日時，再過來找中美南京店找Henry買手錶，真的很棒！這次來台北玩果然不虛此行。
 On Sunday, I went to Taipei with my wife for a walk in Taipei. When I left, I happened to pass the Zhongmei Watch Nanjing store. I wanted to say that it was still early to go in and stroll around. The man in charge of reception was Henry, a male clerk who introduced the store in detail. The watch inside is quite professional, so people won't be stressed, it's really a great feeling! When my wife's birthday comes, I will come to the Sino-US Nanjing store to find Henry to buy a watch. It's really great! It was a worthwhile trip to visit Taipei this time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 沒有服務熱誠 , 有點應付了事的感覺 最搞笑的是 客人在看產品 居然自顧把玩錶架到噴出 , 整體而言不太像是販售100W 產品的感覺
There is no enthusiasm for service, and I feel a little bit dealing with things. The funniest thing is that the customer is looking at the product and actually plays with the watch stand until it squirts. Overall, it does not feel like a 100W product is sold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天去遇到的銷售員是kiki ，她非常親切又有耐心，介紹錶也很專業，雖然我今天是先來挑選沒有購買，她也沒有不耐煩，很多銷售員變臉都是不自覺的，所以我覺得這次的服務非常滿意，要買錶一定會去找美麗的kiki 姐姐

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and annoying sales lady. Typical Taiwanese store .... pushy and aggressive. They dont listen instead they will throw you what they want to sell you in a sneaky way. I will wait to buy from outside of Taiwan once the the borders are open again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy service and that attitude, unbelievable!!! I wasn’t even offered a seat to sit down. I do realize that Rolex sport watches are hard to come by these days especially for first time customer, but the sales lady’s reply was “這是不可能排隊排得到的，我們巳有一堆客人了”. Wow, thank you for your words of wisdom! You would think they know how to treat their potential customers with a bit more respect ...Forget it, I’ll go somewhere else in search of my Rolex!! How does a business like this even survive!!!???
