★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務人員事後處理態度很差，每個服務人員回答的答覆也都不一，因手機確實有問題並且還在七天鑑賞期內，想換也不給換，要跟消基會申訴對方還說”你就算投訴他們也不會換給你”等字眼讓人覺得錯愕。
The service staff's post-processing attitude is very poor, and each service staff has different answers. Because the mobile phone does have problems and it is still within the seven-day appreciation period, I don't want to change it. I want to complain to the Consumer Council and say " Even if you complain, they won't exchange it for you ".
