★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我原本想幫我母親換手機轉個手機資料，櫃檯服務員說要收手續費，我想也是應該要付，一問價錢說要收我1000塊手續費，有夠貴的，我問一下為啥那麼貴，它說你手機不是在這購買所以比較貴，我說我是在另一家中華電信門市買的，它跟我說你回你原購買處那辦理，我一下子就炸了，結果我去台哥大用花300手續費就用好了，我想說它櫃檯人員不專業，服務態度差勁，給予我不好的感受，我原本還想換中華電信門號，現在我都打消息了，可能是店大欺客吧。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 基本上服務還不錯，但實在不適合營業處所，本人在那邊 繳費及其他業務已經超過一年多的時間了，那個地方不適合 “腳” 不好的人去辦事情，“中華電信” 那麼大的 公家機構，連為 “身障者” 做一個階梯步道都捨不得。
