二樓是兒童閱覽區很多爸爸媽媽會帶小朋友來看書?，結果妳們把二樓的廁所通通鎖起來不給人家上！我就看到二、三歲小朋友憋尿憋不住差一點尿褲子！
而且現在疫情這麼嚴重！！妳們把廁所鎖起來讀者要怎麼洗手！？這根本違反防疫規定要【勤洗手】。
