Taoist holy place, quiet environment, next to the Lingji Temple of Buddhism, it is the rare Buddhist temple in Beixian to enter and exit the same archway as the Taoist temple. The third floor is dedicated to the main deity: Queen Mother and Empress. The incense is in full bloom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dadao cisheng temple is a historic site and one of the three main temples in Daodaocheng. While some individuals head to the temple for prayers and incense, Cisheng Temple draws crowds for a more delicious reason as well. Located directly on the street front is a row of small mom and pop shops offering cheap, fast, and tasty Taiwanese eats. The choices range from goose soup, Rou Zhou (meat congee), Hong shao rou (delicious and traditional fried red pork shoulder), mou zhi yu Chao fan (whitebait (immature) fish friend rice) and much more. Definitely worth a stop as it is also within close proximity of didua old street and ximending.
