場內只有一個客人也故意拖延接客、櫃檯與卡片部門互相推託、場內我一個客人補辦一張卡竟花費將近一小時。卡片部門一點都不專業、待客話術極差、一個合約漏東漏西、故意引導客人在合約簽願意接受電話推銷、再說自己是新人反正推銷電話掛掉即可。離開後發現還有少給需簽名的、一直打擾客戶。
Only one guest in the venue deliberately delayed the pick-up, the counter and the card department peddled each other, and it took nearly an hour for me to apply for a card as a guest in the venue. The card department is not professional at all, the hospitality is extremely poor, a contract is leaky, and the customer is deliberately guided to sign the contract and is willing to accept telemarketing, and you can say that you are a newcomer and just hang up the sales call anyway. After leaving, I found that there were few people who needed to sign, which kept disturbing customers.

一顆星也不值得給的銀行,客服電話打了二個月永遠接不通,配合了30年的銀行,服務品質只能說爛到極點。
