劉	劉政杰 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 搬到新住址後感覺交通不方便，新來的警衛很木頭，完全沒有服務可言，櫃檯的效率還可以，還有在1樓等很久，懷疑服務鈴是否故障???，今天又來，警衛只能說讓人超無言???，櫃檯的效率還不錯，今天去感覺好很多，1樓的電鈴設計不好外面的客人不確定是否有開門，應該加裝可與工作人員對話功能 After moving to the new address, I felt that the traffic was inconvenient. I went to Citibank Xinzhuang branch to Open a USD account for use in US and abroad, 1) Their representative arrives (one of the poorest English speaking representatives an American bank can have), and starts explaining about the Citibank VIP account, with its credit card benefits... 2) When I started asking more questions about the use of Debit cards and ATM in US and the related charges, the front desk executive returned back saying that Indian citizens have limitations in opening accounts with Citibank... 3) On asking to elaborate on the limitations, they went away to deliberate for 10-15 minutes, and came back with the following excuses, a) Can you write Chinese, you might need to fill in the form in Chinese, when I said that it can be worked out, I have been living here for 10 years. b) Then they mention that DBS is taking over Citibank Taiwan in a few months so they would suggest me not to have business with Citibank Taiwan...
