中午時段,可能行員都吃飯了,四個臨櫃卻只有一個行員,10來個客人在等候,真的很瞎,一點都不誇張 正值疫情期間,門口擺了一台酒精感應器也不能運作,真的是不知道是在擺什麼意思? 繳個卡款,行員還問我有無帶身份證,奇怪了,請你們幫我輸入id確認繳款很困難嘛?有必要怠惰成這樣嘛?如果今天是領錢,確認有無證件也就算了,那如果沒帶證件或是幫忙他人代繳款是不是無法繳款?行員也沒回覆我,其他分行都沒這問題,為何你們這家分行問題這麼多,給一星我都覺得太多

前面一個人辦事辦了半個多小時不知在幹什麼東西 這就算了 四個櫃檯只有一個業務再辦理 其他人都只是露個面不知在衝啥? 難怪他媽要從台灣滾出去不營業

行員疏失漏了申請項目後要客人再跑一趟或自費下載郵寄表單。行員對此也沒有要幫忙處理的意思。SOP 跟服務做到這樣,也難怪花旗會落到這個地步…
