★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.申請網路銀行只能選擇手機認證，不能用信箱！？我就是手機錯了要改，結果卡死在這裡。
2.電話用語音和廣告拖時間，沒有人就讓我晚點來電，一直騙人說稍後，手機用了二十分鐘，還是沒人接。
1. To apply for online banking, you can only choose mobile phone authentication, not mailboxes! ? I just wanted to change the wrong phone, and I got stuck here.
2. The phone was delayed by voice and advertisements, and no one asked me to call later. I kept telling people that after a while, the phone was used for 20 minutes, but no one answered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022/01/22星期六補班日中午12點10分去辦理存簿更換，抽了號碼牌後，等了20分後到號，用前台為辦理現金業務為由，要我另外再等待小房間的業務辦理好才輪到我。客戶體驗極差。
2022/01/22 On Saturday 12:10 noon, I went to change the deposit book. After drawing the number plate, I waited for 20 minutes to arrive at the number. I used the front desk to handle cash business and asked me to wait for a small room. It's my turn when the business is done. Very poor customer experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在網路上申請辦開戶失敗，改預約臨櫃辦理開戶，結果服務人員打來兩次都無法給出確切的可預約時間，說要再安排可以的時間通知，就再也沒有下文，浪費別人時間？服務水準不敢領教。
