The card cannot be used at all Contact customer service and say that I want to re-open it... It's great, but I can't access the Internet

I bought a US prepaid card and made an appointment in advance for the opening date. When I got off the plane and wanted to prevent the epidemic, I didn’t take off my gloves and then replaced it with the US prepaid SIM card. I also opened it one day in advance. Citimobile responded: It’s none of their business, please deal with it yourself ? and said that there is no abnormal signal and should respond to us instead of calling the local telecom customer service. How can I call you guys, I am totally lost! The only phone in the world that can be made is the local telecommunications emergency customer service!
