但公設老舊沒維修
健身房只有兩台跑步機是好的
其他器材皆有問題（機器螢幕沒畫面、器材繩子斷裂、沒維修冷氣等等…..）??
現在此社區因為疫情，「不定時」的暫停公設使用。
可是其他社區都是可以使用，但是會加強清潔消毒。
