★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location and service. The building is aging gracefully. The rent etc. isn’t even close to as expensive as 敦南苑 or other new buildings within a 3 minute walk - so good value for its location. Many apartments are newly renovated by the owners and residents so can take your time waiting for one.
